HOW WE HANDLE YOUR ACCOUNT

Data, Security and Account Practices Under These Terms

These six practices outline how g67 applies these terms day-to-day — covering data handling, cookie use, account security, transaction records, retention periods and how you can request changes to information we hold.

Data Collection & Use

We collect the account details you provide — name, contact and payment method (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe) — and use them only to operate your account, process withdrawals and comply with any legal obligations that apply where you are located.

Cookie Policy

Cookies on g67 track your session state and preferences only. We do not sell cookie data to third parties. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time without losing access to your account.

Account Security Practices

Your account is protected by password authentication and session-timeout controls. We recommend a unique password and ask that you not share your login. Any suspicious access should be reported to support immediately so we can freeze the account.

Transaction Record Retention

All deposit and withdrawal records — including UPI reference numbers and PhonePe transaction IDs — are retained for the period required by applicable law. You can request a statement of your own transactions at any time via email support.

Retention Period & Account Closure

When you close your account, we retain the minimum records required by law and delete remaining personal data within 90 days unless a legal hold applies. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; a new application is required.

Requesting Changes to Your Data

To correct, update or delete personal data held under your account, contact us by email with your account ID and the specific change requested. We aim to action data-change requests within seven business days.

Common Questions About These Terms

Below are answers to the questions we receive most often about how these terms apply to Indian accounts, payment methods and your rights as an account holder.

Yes, these terms apply to every account where access is permitted under local law. If your region restricts such services, these terms do not grant you access — eligibility depends entirely on what local law allows where you are located.

We will publish any changes on this page and, where feasible, notify you by email. Continued use of your account after a published update means you accept the revised terms. You may close your account if you do not accept any change.

Payment reference data from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions is stored securely and used only to verify and process your deposit or withdrawal. We do not share your payment details with third parties beyond what law requires.

Email our support team with your account ID and a data-access request. We will compile and send you a record of the personal data held against your account within seven business days of receiving your request.

Accounts may be suspended for providing false registration details, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, engaging in payment fraud or breaching any clause in these terms. We will notify you of a suspension and the reason where we are permitted to do so.

We retain the records required by applicable law — typically transaction logs and identity verification documents — and delete remaining personal data within 90 days of account closure unless a statutory hold prevents earlier deletion.

Raise a formal dispute through our email support channel with your account ID and a description of the decision you are challenging. Our team will review the matter and respond within five business days with a written outcome.
